House Price
- The price is valid from immediately till 31st March 2027
- Price is subject to an additional 21% government tax and service charge.
Check In & Check Out Time
- Check in time: 14.00 hrs
- Check out time: 12.00 hrs
Minimum Stay
- Minimum stay: 3 Nights during Low and 7 Nights during Peak season period (20th December to 10th January).
- No check in and check out on 31st December
Late Check Out & Day Use

The latest late check-out time is until 12:30 (free of charge) and it will be subject to room
availability

It may request for day use and the day use time is start from 13.00pm till 18:00pm.
It will be charge 50% from a night price and the room is subject to availability. Please inform to reservation or villa manager one day prior to ensure availability room.
Children’s Policy

0 – 2 Years old is infant and the infant could sleep with parent in one bed and no meal.

3 – 8 Years old is children and the children could accommodate in one room and must use the
extra bed with surcharge including breakfast or the children could use existing bed or sleep in
one bed with parent. It will be charged for breakfast only amount IDR 75,000 per night.

Over 9 years old is adult category. The adult must use the extra bed with surcharge.
Maximum Capacity
- The villa could accommodate the total persons as follows: Whole House: 15 Persons
- Each Room: 2 Adults + 1 Child with extra bed.
Amendment/Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
If any amendment, cancellation or no-show must be made in writing and must be acknowledged by the villas

30% cancellation fee will be occurred for cancelation made:

21 - 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, the 30% of the first night fee will be charged
- Half payment 50% cancellation fee will be occurred for cancelation made:

Less 14 days to - 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, the 50% of the first night fee will be charged
- Full payment 100% charged cancellation fee will be occurred for cancelation made:

Less 7 days of arrival or no show event , will be charged full nights or 100 % from entire amount.
Force Majeure
- In the performance of this agreement is prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of act of God, war, insurrection, hostilities, riots, any Government restrictions or directions, strike, other labor troubles, floods, typhoons, fires, earthquakes, or any other cause beyond control of either party, the time performance is prevented or delayed over three (3) months both parties shall consult with each other about whether this agreement shall be continuously suspended or cancelled at the time.
Payment Procedure
Full payment must be settled at least before guest checking-in, except any credit facility both of agreement.

If any credit facility has been established, all invoice is due payable in 30(thirty) day after the billing date.

If the accounts are not paid within 30(thirty) days after the billing date, a 3% per month late payment charge will be applied.
The resort at its discretion may cancel the credit facilities.

Billing rates is based on hotel’s exchange rate.
